Dream Epicenter LLC (“Dream Epicenter,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), founded and operated by Tabitha Howard, provides creative services, memberships, digital products, studio rentals, educational programs, consulting, and additional offerings through Dream Epicenter and all affiliated brands, programs, initiatives, and sub-brands (collectively, the “Affiliated Brands”).
By visiting our website, renting our space, becoming a member, attending an event, purchasing a digital product, or using any service we provide, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. GENERAL USE & ELIGIBILITY
Dream Epicenter is a creative workspace, resource studio, event venue, and service provider based in Houston, Texas. All visitors, members, and clients must comply with these terms to maintain a safe and professional environment.
You must be 18 or older to book services, rent the studio, or purchase digital products. Minors may attend events or sessions only with a parent or authorized adult.
2. MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships include tiered access to workspaces, equipment, booking privileges, classes, and exclusive programs. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following:
Membership Billing
• Membership fees are billed annually unless otherwise stated.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
• Promotional pricing or founding-member rates apply for the first year unless specified.
• Upgrades or downgrades may be requested in writing.
Access & Perks
• Members receive access based on tier level.
• Some bookings require advance notice, a completed intake form, or equipment clearance.
• Membership perks may not be transferred or resold.
Cancellations
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• No partial-year refunds are issued.
3. STUDIO RENTALS & EVENTS
Dream Epicenter offers private rentals for meetings, workshops, parties, pop-ups, photo/video sessions, and other approved events.
Booking Rules
• Rentals require payment to secure date/time.
• Setup and breakdown are included only when specified.
• After-hours rentals incur additional fees.
• All guests must adhere to posted House Rules.
Cancellations
• Standard: 48 hours’ notice required.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may lose deposit or full payment.
Damage & Conduct
Clients are responsible for:
• Any damage to studio, equipment, or property
• Ensuring attendees behave respectfully
• Leaving the studio in reasonable condition
We reserve the right to refuse service or end an event early if behavior becomes unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.
4. EQUIPMENT USE
Dream Epicenter provides creative and digital equipment including, but not limited to, printers, Cricut machines, sewing machines, heat presses, computers, and media tools.
Usage Requirements
Most equipment requires:
• A successful Test Out
• Or a paid Pay Out (setup/supervision)
• Or completion of an approved training class
Equipment misuse may result in fees, membership suspension, or liability for damages.
5. WORKSHOPS, CLASSES & INSTRUCTORS
Workshops may be taught by Dream Epicenter, independent instructors, or Affiliated Brands.
• Participants must register in advance.
• Select classes are included for certain membership tiers.
• Instructors must submit proposals and agree to independent contractor terms.
Profit-split workshops require a signed agreement before scheduling.
6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Digital products include templates, eBooks, graphics, audio files, digital classes, and website hosting (“Digital Space”).
Refunds
Digital products are non-refundable due to instant access.
Hosting Add-Ons
• Members may host webpages, blogs, storefronts, or gated content through Dream Epicenter Digital Space.
• You are responsible for your content, copyright compliance, and accuracy.
• We are not liable for website downtime, sales performance, SEO outcomes, or third-party platform behavior.
7. CONSIGNMENT
Consignment vendors follow a 70/30 split and 60-day renewable term.
Dream Epicenter reserves the right to approve or decline vendors based on product quality, safety, or brand alignment.
Vendors must maintain stocked and tidy displays. Payment is issued monthly via agreed method.
8. MEDIA, CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All names, logos, media, products, events, games, cards, programs, designs, and written/original content produced by Dream Epicenter or Affiliated Brands—including the Dream Deck, Dream Exchange, Dream Files, and event/program titles—are protected intellectual property.
You may not copy, distribute, recreate, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
Photography and video recording may occur during events. By entering the premises, you grant permission for Dream Epicenter to use your image for promotional purposes unless you submit a written opt-out in advance.
9. DATA & PRIVACY
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By interacting with our sites or offerings, you consent to our data practices.
10. LIABILITY
Dream Epicenter is not responsible for:
• Loss or theft of personal items
• Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment
• Actions of guests or third-party instructors
• Results of creative, business, or strategic decisions made using our advice or services
You agree to indemnify Dream Epicenter, Tabitha Howard, and all Affiliated Brands against claims arising from your use of the space or services.
11. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of changes.
