📜 Dream Epicenter Terms & Conditions

By using Dream Epicenter’s website, facilities, memberships, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Dream Epicenter is owned and operated by Tabitha Howard, and references to “Dream Epicenter,” “we,” “our,” or “us” apply to both the brand and Tabitha Howard individually.

1. Membership & Access

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

  • Access is limited to the individual named in the membership. Additional guests or collaborators must be approved in advance and may incur fees.

  • Membership benefits, pricing, and services may change with notice.

2. Facility Use & Safety

  • Members must follow equipment rules: Test Out, Pay Out, or Take a Class before unsupervised use.

  • Illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.

  • Members and guests are responsible for their own property; Dream Epicenter and Tabitha Howard are not liable for loss or theft.

  • Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas.

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • All memberships, bookings, services, and classes are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Event bookings require advance payment. Cancellations within the stated deadline may receive partial credit; otherwise, full fees apply.

  • Repeated cancellations or policy violations may result in denied bookings.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Dream Epicenter brand materials, logos, frameworks, and publications remain the property of Dream Epicenter and Tabitha Howard.

  • Members retain ownership of their creative works but grant Dream Epicenter permission to reference or display them for marketing unless they opt out in writing.

  • No reproduction or commercial use of Dream Epicenter content without written consent.

5. Liability Waiver

  • All services, activities, and facility use are at your own risk.

  • Dream Epicenter and Tabitha Howard are not liable for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses sustained on premises or during use of services.

  • Certain activities may require signing an additional waiver.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Respect all staff, members, and the creative community.

  • Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Violations may result in immediate termination of membership or access without refund.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, memberships, or bookings if you violate these terms or misuse the space.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
