What is the Dream Epicenter?
Dream Epicenter is Houston’s home for creativity and entrepreneurship. Part coworking studio, part digital lab, part business incubator. Our space and systems help creatives and founders bring ideas to life with clarity, support, and strategy.
Who it’s for?
Dream Epicenter is for creatives, founders, professionals, nonprofits, and organizations looking for flexible space, intentional resources, and a supportive environment to bring ideas to life. Whether you’re hosting an event, working on a project, building a brand, or exploring membership, Dream Epicenter is designed for people who are actively creating and building.
What can I do here?
Work, design, record, teach, host, build, or collaborate. Members and guests use the studio for photoshoots, workshops, meetings, podcasting, sewing, crafting, digital design, and full business development. The space adapts to whatever you’re building.
Dream Epicenter is not a traditional coworking space and does not operate on open daily drop-in hours.
MEMBERSHIPS
Do I have to be a member to use the space?
No. Studio bookings and event hosting are available without a membership. Memberships are best for those seeking recurring access, added perks, and long-term use.
What memberships do you offer?
We offer annual memberships: Visionary, Innovator, Epic Dreamer, Creative Crew, and Power Collective. Each tier offers different levels of access, equipment use, consulting support, and storage.
Can I bring additional people?
Access and capacity limits vary by membership type and booking.
What does a membership include?
Membership benefits vary by tier and may include studio access, discounts, priority booking, and additional resources. Details are outlined on the Memberships page.
BOOKINGS AND RENTALS
How does booking work?
Book directly through Acuity on DreamEpicenter.space. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. All bookings are request-based and subject to approval.
What spaces are available?
The Design Workshop, Desk Area, Discussion Room, Digital Studio, and multi-use sections of the studio. Perfect for classes, meetings, photoshoots, and creative sessions.
What are your rates?
Rental rates vary based on space, duration, and use. Current packages and pricing are available on the Studio Booking page.
Can I host a private event?
Yes. Private and full-studio rentals are available for showers, intimate gatherings, business launches, prom sendoffs, proposals, and more.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed. If approved, credits are offered toward a future booking.
Does Dream Epicenter guarantee attendance, sales, or foot traffic?
No. Dream Epicenter provides the space and structure for your event. Promotion and outcomes can vary based on your audience, offer, and marketing efforts.
CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS
Do you offer classes?
Dream Epicenter hosts a mix of in-house programming and community-led workshops. Availability varies by season and host schedule.
Can I host my own class or workshop?
Hosting opportunities are available through a request-based process.
SMART SERVICES AND DIGITAL SUPPORT
Do you offer business or tech consulting?
Yes. Our SMART Services help you build systems, strategies, branding, and digital tools. We support everything from content and marketing to automations and tech setups.
Can you build my website or digital systems?
Yes. We offer studio-based digital add-ons, including websites, automations, platform setups, and branded materials. Complete the inquiry form to get started.
Services are offered à la carte or through custom packages, depending on scope and availability.
AFFILIATES AND PARTNERS
What is the Affiliate Program?
Our partner network for service providers, creatives, and brands that want visibility and collaboration opportunities. Affiliates receive perks and monthly payouts based on campaigns or referrals. Participation and benefits vary by agreement.
How do I apply?
Email hello@BACreative.me. First year is free. Renewals are $100 but can be waived when participation requirements are met.
FOUNDERS FORUM
What is the Founders Forum?
A free community for business owners and emerging leaders focused on collaboration, accountability, and long-term growth. Launched June 2025.
Is there a cost?
No. Founders Forum is free and includes mixers, meetups, and a members-only newsletter.
Availability and participation requirements may change over time.
GENERAL POLICIES
Are walk-ins allowed?
Only during select public events. All other visits, tours, and sessions we highly recommend scheduling an appointment.
Do you offer refunds or credits?
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined at the time of booking.
Can I film or photograph inside?
Yes, with approval. Commercial shoots require formal booking. Member filming privileges depend on your tier.
