What is the Dream Epicenter?

The Dream Epicenter is a creative workspace and resource hub designed for artists, entrepreneurs, and visionaries. Think of it as part studio, part community center, and part business incubator—all under one roof.

Where are you located?

We’re in North Houston, TX. The full address is shared after booking or membership approval for privacy and safety.

What are your hours?

  • Mon–Wed: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Thurs–Sat: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Sun: Closed (Private bookings available)

Members have access to extended hours.

What can I do at the Dream Epicenter?

You can:

  • Work in our creative coworking space

  • Access equipment (like heat presses, Cricut machines, and sublimation printers)

  • Host a pop-up, class, or private event

  • Join a workshop or networking session

  • Get consulting for your business or brand

  • Sell your products via our consignment program

Do I need to be a member to use the space?

Nope! While members get perks and priority access, day passes and rentals are open to the public.

How do I use the equipment?

Three ways:

  1. Test Out (Show us you know how)

  2. Pay Out (Hire us to set it up for you)

  3. Take a Class (Learn to use it safely and creatively)

Some equipment has supervision or rental fees—especially for specialty items.

$5,000/yr

$6,500/yr

Up to 3 members, team perks

$9,000/yr

Up to 5 members, group discounts

We also have limited Flexible Memberships like day passes, weekends-only, and pop-up access.

How do I apply for membership?

Visit DreamEpicenter.space/memberships to apply. Once approved, we’ll walk you through onboarding and give you access to our booking and member perks.

🧰 Workshops, Rentals & Events

Can I teach a class or host a workshop?

Absolutely! We welcome guest instructors and creatives. You can rent a space or opt for a profit-sharing model. Workshops must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

How much does it cost to rent the space?

  • Starting at $150/hour

  • Equipment & marketing add-ons available

  • Discounted rates for longer bookings or members

  • Full event rentals (e.g. pop-ups) range $500–$2500/day

Do you help promote events?

Yes! Members get marketing perks, and non-members can add email or social media promotion for $100/month.

🃏 Dream Deck & Campaigns

What is the Deck of Dreamers?

The Deck of Dreamers is our collectible networking card series that features creatives, businesses, and supporters. Cards can be traded, collected, and even redeemed for perks.

How do I get a card?

You can earn a card by:

  • Joining as a member

  • Participating in events

  • Being nominated

  • Accepting a card in person at Dream Epicenter (sometimes with extra perks!)

You can register your card at DreamEpicenter.space/deck.

🛍️ Consignment & Vendor Opportunities

Do you offer consignment?

Yes! We showcase curated products from small businesses in our display areas. Terms:

  • 70/30 split (vendor keeps 70%)

  • 60-day term

  • Optional marketing add-ons

  • Vendors can rearrange their own section

Can I be a vendor at an event?

Yes! Vendor call-outs are posted regularly. Sign up for updates on DreamEpicenter.space/vendors.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes! Affiliates earn monthly commissions, receive promo support, and get VIP invites to branded events. Details are in the Affiliate Digital Package.

📅 Bookings & Policies

How do I book time or space at Dream Epicenter?

Use our booking portal to reserve studio time, equipment, or meeting rooms. Link available after membership or day pass purchase.

What’s your cancellation policy?

  • Rentals must be canceled 48 hours in advance

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee

What’s the pricing for workshops or classes?

  • Non-Members: $25+/class

  • Visionary Members: $0+/class

  • Innovator & above: Most classes included

How do I pay?

We accept:

  • Venmo

  • Direct Deposit (for vendors or payouts)
